  • Unused Subscription: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have used less than 10% of your plan's credits

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions where you have used more than 10% of the included credits
  • Subscription renewals (automatic billing cycles)
  • Credits that have been fully or partially consumed
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after the charge
  • Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (due to the subjective nature of AI output)

  • Your account history and previous refund requests

8. Subscription Cancellation vs Refunds
